During the inspection, I told him about how my property was damaged by another tree company. He told me that he was actually filing a lawsuit against that other tree company for unfair trade practices. I decided not to use Arbortech because they were pushy and trying to convince me to sign a contract with them ASAP. I found a company that was not as pushy, had better reviews, and did quality work instead. Almost a year later, Justin asked me to testify in court on HIS behalf, against that other tree company. I said no; I don't want to be involved in a court case. And he said he will subpoena me. He did in fact subpoena me to appear in court on HIS behalf against a tree company competitor. God forbid a client wants to obtain a quote from someone for honest work without having to go to court with the company that quoted them MONTHS ago. This is honestly NUTS. We hired Boucher Landscaping for Spring Cleanup consisting of debris removal, landscaping,…read moreselecting and planting New shrubs, edging and mulching, installing a new slate patio, moving two ornamental trees and building a set of stairs along side the garage leading to the pool. Liked the crew and most of their work. We paid them promptly. Later when problems arose they did not respond to multiple text messages with photos nor return multiple phone calls. They are Non- Responsive and do not stand behind their work!!! We asked them to move 2 cherished small ornamental trees. Problem was that they do not move them with a root ball but rather chopped off all the roots and planted them in the ground. They both died and since they were planted shallow, the wind blew them both over(pictures available on request). The stairs constructed alongside the garage leading down an incline were a more significant problem. They installed them next to a downspout and failed to redirect the water flow. Soon the stairs were covered with mud and the dirt under the stone steps washed away making the steps unstable.
