They used our own USB drive, although they offer some for sale as well. They even fixed a tape that had gotten damaged when we tried to play the VHS films at home! It's not a cheap service, but if you convert to digital files you'll probably never have to worry about re-converting them again. The memories are so worth it, and we were so happy to find The Video Editor on Yelp to help us with this task.
