The TLC rep made no mention of researching the color selection so it is up to the customer to do so. To be fair the roof job went very well. All of the TLC employees were friendly, professional & showed good workmanship. I would recommend TLC to anyone but would caution them on their shingle color selection.

Home depot blamed installers, not sure who to believe until I realized I had extra parts for the doors and they didn't even follow instructions, drilled wrong size holes so bolts were very hard to slide locked, didn't set adjustable threshold, didn't install corner pads, didn't put plug in bottom hole so water can leak under threshold, but plug wouldn't fit because then hole is supposed to b 5/8 inch, the hole they drilled was less than 1/2 inch. The only upside us they did do a pretty good job of cleaning up when they were done. Will never use home depot services again or this company either

I had Builtrite install two doors. They only finished half of the job and would not come back to finish the job that they started. After three telephone calls in a matter of two months, no one returned my calls. I worked through Home Depot as a liaison person to get the job finished. With no fault of Home Depot and four months later, Builtrite refuse to finish the work they have started. I am now have to hire another person to come in and finish the job.
