Their customer service is extremely unprofessional -- when I calmly asked a simple question about the towing rules, the representative caught an attitude and responded with, "Explain what? What do you want me to explain?" That type of rude and dismissive behavior is unacceptable. Even when customers are respectful, they respond with hostility instead of clear answers. Companies that work with the public should know how to treat people with professionalism and respect. My daughter's car was towed from that infamous wide open Taco Bell parking lot after about 45 minutes while she toured the apartment complex next door. Mind you, she also was a customer of the Taco Bell first. The tow company charged $175 for us to get it back, they showed us no invoice with the time, date, employee name that towed it, or the Taco Bell owner/representative that is supposed to sign when towing a vehicle, and also a picture showing the car that is parked illegally. The guy said that a driver was just driving around to find cars to tow and noticed it was there too long. Clearly, someone is sitting around watching and waiting for these college kids to prey on and is working with this company to call immediately after spotting the vehicles for a few minutes. I get the cash out ask they asked, came to get my car and had to wait almost an hour in the blazing sun (with a sun/skin allergy) when I asked if there was anything that could be done for inconveniencing me the lady told me to sit here and wait in the sun while she jumped in her helicopter. After notifying the establishment of this, nothing was done to accommodate me after already having to pay to get the car back and instead of owning their mistake, they built the narrative that the car was like this when they picked it up, when I know this isn't true. I am a property manager and these people are literally the worst. They towed not one but two cars off of my property without permission from myself and the landlord because they were too incompetent to check if our property was under their contract that they had signed with the adjacent rental property. Rather than apologizing for their mistake for illegally towing these cars, I had to call the apartment manager of next door in order to resolve this issue because they refused to believe that our property was separate. I literally have signs on my property for a different towing company that I'm contracted with. When they towed the cars they also left marks on the driveway from their poor practice. The car was eventually returned after 4 hours of consistent phone calls, and without paperwork. Which I presume is to prevent people from suing them. Avoid at all costs. I was at the Springfield expo center this weekend and also staying at the hotel across the street (University Plaza). This company was towing people's cars away that they weren't supposed to. We were told to park in the front across from the expo center, so that's what we did. I went to checkout of my hotel Sunday morning and my car wasn't in the spot I left it. I called this company who proceeded to tell me they didn't have my car and it wasn't towed. I was getting ready to call the police and then my car was found way in the back of the hotel parking lot by the dumpsters. My Two Experiences with this co. Have not been good. I live in a large Apartment complex in Hyattsville MD. On Belcrest Rd. I have a service vehicle that I drive with co. Logo on it.This Tow truck co. towed my station wagon like service vehicle, which is front wheel drive from the rear out of a space with out using a dolly.In other words,you Can't tow a front wheel drive vehicle from the back because the auto transmission locks the wheels.You must use a dolly to lift it up to move it from between other cars. Damage can result to transmission and or front end. This was done at least once I did.witness it from my balcony window. My Crime I was one day late on the parking sticker. Which cost $175.00 dollars plus Uber trip$ 25.00 dollars, total$200.00They come around 1,2,3 am in the morning weekends when most residence are sleeping. They towed my service vehicle again this am 3 am today 03/17/24, I was late a couple days on the permit. They are apparently targeting my service vehicle to tow. I Offer rightnow service, so some days I miss the after hours management office clerk they leave at different times.8, 9, pm in the evening. I Answer Emergency calls for Real Estate co, resident's having appliances serious problems.flooding,water won't shut off,smoking,dryers etc. There needs to be an investigation of the Towing practices of this and all these predatory Towing companies. I email them about it with an attachment of the damaged property because I could not get a phone number because "that was against policy". I was informed that the damage "must have been pre-existing" and "they don't accept fraudulent damage claims". The "female" on the line lied and said my tags were expired (it was in my glove compartment). I was parked in visitors parking with a visitors pass. My complex was in the process of issuing me my permanent sticker. In order to even get a visitors' pass, you need to have CURRENT REGISTRATION, which my complex is aware of. I called the police department and the towing authority who both knew my tags (registration) were current. They even called RPM twice and was hung up on!
