He unloaded and loaded the trunk for me so that I could stay safe as a 38w pregnant woman. I appreciated that when he was done he said, "Do not drive over 50 mph with this donut tire and be safe." I placed a call with AAA for roadside service. My AAA roadside request was pleasant until my encounter with John. As Jon approached the parking lot where my vehicle was, he contacted me and asked, "Where are you standing?" I was not literally standing outside since I was not familiar with the area. I was sitting in my daughter's vehicle. So, as I attempted to explain my location to him, he began yelling, "Maam, where are you standing!" His tone and aggression were over the top, like a mad man. I firmly rebuked his terrible attitude and that sent him even further over the top. Needless to say, my request for a tow was not fulfilled by his company. I had to request another dispatch. While we waited for the next driver, Jon returned to the location three times as if to intimidate my family.
