The worst experience ever, do not use this Samsung recommended repairer. Twice attempted to repair my freezer and twice failed, this went on for several months. Does not answer phone calls, emails, text messages or reply to voicemail. The owner will not take any responsibility. Samsung will not do anything to help and continue to use them as a repairer. I'm stuck with a broken Samsung freezer and will never buy their product again. Avoid this company! read more
