Turned out the unit did not work to my satisfaction. So I called to make sure I could still return it since I was driving all the way from New Jersey and the manager on duty Meghan confirmed that it could still be returned. That was all false information. When I arrived to return the device the employees had no idea what I was talking about. They contacted the regional manager who ultimately decided to not honor what both store mangers told me about the return and told me to contact the manufacturer of the device. I might as well have just thrown 85 dollars out the window.

Manager was extremely rude. Initially stated they had my online order in stock. I went to add two…read moreadd'l items and everything was rang up the same price. She then stated that they did not have the items I wanted and she proceeded to refund the other items. I stated to her that the refund she gave back was incorrect and she told me, "well, how much do you think you're supposed to get back?" At this point, I told her I wanted my full refund and the information for her manager and/ or owner. She complied. I remained polite got my refund (so I thought) and left. Once I get to the car, I realize she shorted me $10 after telling her I wanted my full refund. I came back into the store, fuming...black man comes to the desk, I begin telling him about the experience and asked if he was the mgr and he said no. So I told him the issue and he went to her. She is slamming things and talking loud behind the customer doors. So as she got loud with me, I got loud with her until I got my FULL refund. If there's a curly black haired white woman working behind that counter, go to curaleaf across the street. They might be more welcoming and polite. Bc this lady was awful and she cannot count. I'm never coming back to evolve due to this and I actually liked this place and their sticker program. I have their merch!!!! I'm really upset about this. She needs to be removed immediately! Her name might be Sam. Sam, you have terrible customer service skills!

If you order on line and do actually need to contact them for some reason and want to discuss an issue with a human - forget it. They flat out *will not* talk to you. For a while, they used an extremely problematic age verification system. I literally struggled with it for hours. They didn't seem to understand the problem using email and simply would not talk to me not matter how much I pleaded with them. I nearly gave up to look for a new vendor. After months of emails from me, one employee finally helped resolve the issue but still never spoke with me. The age verification system has been updated and works well now, but the experience was off-the-charts frustrating. This was strange since, in every other way, they've been exemplary. I found it in sharp contrast to a company that gives you a free toy with every order.
