This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic and is unacceptable. To make matters worse, store management is nonexistent, and corporate does not respond to customer emails or complaints. The lack of accountability and poor customer service have made this an extremely frustrating experience. I won't be shopping here again anytime soon.

Fernandez, Oliva etc. you'll definitely find something you like fresh in his humidor. He has some great deals with his multi packs of cigars in reusable humidor bags.
