I asked them to redo it and they came to redo it. Again waited the 3-4 days for final results. Bubbles were gone but the cut was soooooo bad. As soon as u roll down the windows u can see how bad it was. I told them to come again to fix it. They came, it took me about a week and a half to see the results because I was out of town but again, the cut is bad. It wasn't as bad as the first time but still noticeably bad. I gave up at this point because I don't think they are capable of doing better. I personally wouldn't recommend them unless it doesn't matter to you that much. I will say that when it came to them trying to fix the mistakes, the guys are super chill and understanding. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. What I paid for the job, I expect much better work. To add, when they had to come to my home they were always late. The last time they came to me was the only time they were actually early. There's so much more I can say but I'll just leave it here. Use them at your own risk.

I went with XPEL PRIME XR nano-ceramic, 99% UV protection and up to 85% heat rejection. 20% all around. He'll do whatever percentage you want while explaining the pros and cons so you can make your own choice. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. His son was there and was also really helpful explaining the ceramic options. I loved the heat lamp demonstration showing how much of a difference the tint makes, especially with the Arizona sun! The displays around the shop were unique too, especially the Predator figure. They told me the figures came from Mexico, which was cool. You can definitely tell it's a family business that takes pride in what they do. One tip: take a picture of your receipt since it's the type that can fade over time and you'll want it for the warranty. Great experience from start to finish, and my car looks amazing.
