While I don't write a lot of reviews, had to share what a great job Lenny did. This is a review for house windows, not car windows-Lenny does it all. The glass company (Dependable Glass-excellent BTW) recommended Tint Wizard to put a film on my sliding glass windows so they would look like etched glass. I had tried it myself with less than stellar results, so I knew what a tricky job it was. Lenny asked all the right questions, was extremely careful to get everything perfect and did a beautiful job. As you can see by the photo, the tint had to be perfectly straight, as it was an important part of the design for our walk in shower. Fair price, very worth it. Highly recommend. read more

I brought my Tesla model S to Lenny for tinting, and the service I received was above and beyond all expectations. First of all he's a great guy, and we shared our love of cars. Great experience here with no hassles. I'm not sure about the name of the gentleman I dealt with today, but he was friendly, polite and got my car done in 3.5 hours despite a full waiting room. Total for my tint (4 windows) was $430. The location is convenient and walkable to Scottsdale Quarter, so you can grab a bite while you wait. I took my car in with the web special coupon they had from their website. He then told me the coupon did not apply to convertibles. Next I was told for any upgrade in darker tint there was another charge. I took my car back a second time to have it fixed and I am still not happy with the final result. I looked at reviews on Yelp like many others, so I decided to go to Tint Wizard. They took 3.5 hrs when he said 2.5 to 3 hrs. Which is fine and I'm not complaining about that. Lenny says it's tougher with convertibles. After I washed the car I took my car back there to have him look at the specks of dirt. He states that's normal. I've had 3 other cars tinted and I've never noticed that. I even had my last car done at my place and I had no complaints it was much cheaper. I only saw one at first. But on my way home, I noticed 5 or more specks of dirt. I'll see how much it bothers me in the coming days. He says because my car was dirty, but I'm not buying that. Why only on the one window and the rest of them are perfect. Trust me I will be looking. He did say he would re do it, but there could be another one?? For what I paid I believe it could've been better a job. I'm being generous for 3 starts because 2 stars means I've experienced better--which is true and for less money. read more

I was looking for tinting for my wife's new Toyota Prius Prime. She commutes to Chandler each day and the sun can not only blind you, but it also heats up the car. I scanned various Yelp options online and put in requests for quotes. I also called the dealer salesperson to see what they could do. - The dealer never called back - I got a few emails back. - Lenny was the only one who called. He told me about his product that he uses. He told me about the particulars about the tint, and price and options. I said I was waiting to hear back from the dealer (it was two days after I first contacted the sales person) and would get back to him. He didn't oversell or beg. He just said "That's fine". I hung up and thought "Why should I wait for the dealer? They didn't have the courtesy to call me back in a timely manner. I gave them the first shot and they blew it". I called Lenny back and scheduled for the next day. I ended up getting the legal tint on the front windows, a darker tint on the back windows (he stopped me from getting too dark), and added a front window "visor" tint (the windshield is quite large. Having that piece is worth the extra $40). The darker tint cost $30 more. I think it was worth it. The Prius actually has 9 separate windows. The windshield was two pieces. For a mid-sized car, it probably was more work to cut and fit than a larger SUV but he was true to his price. He gave me all the information about the product, and guarantee in a pamphlet and even included the serial number of the roll of films he used for the front and rear windows (in case it did need to be replaced at some point). He instructed to not open the windows for a few days and that it could take a few days for some bubbles to disappear as it dries. I trust him, and am pleased with the work. We will see how it settles but if there is a problem I feel confident that he will be there and honor his guarantee. read more

I shopped a number of tint shops around town...I wasn't looking for "cheap", I was looking for a good price for a quality job. Lenny was very clearly focused on hearing what I needed and wanted from the first conversation and not just interested in "selling" me something. He heard me, he made a recommendation based on what I said, then gave me pros/cons up moving up and down on price point...what else can you ask for? It made for a very "customized/personalized" experience. His recommendation was right on point in regard to both quality, color and functionality. He knows his stuff. A few days after install and after the 48 hour "curing" time, I noticed a small flaw on one of the windows...I mean SMALL. I almost didn't want to say anything, but I gave him a quick call to ask if I should give it more time to cure, or if it is the norm...he wasn't having it and told me to bring it back at my convenience and he would fix it...no matter the size. I did exactly that, I gave him a heads up call, showed up at the shop and he didn't hesitate to get it into the garage right away and fix it. I was out of there in 20-30 min. Lenny clearly takes pride in his work and doesn't settle for anything less than perfection. He is easy to work with, a pleasure to speak with and it is obvious that he stands behind his work. I love the tint; the color is great, visibility is great, immediate improvement in temperature inside. I will surely be back for the next car.
