DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
These guys are the worst scammers I've ever come across. I paid them $7571.00 up front for accounting and book keeping, accounting, and tax services. Admittedly, they've done about $2700 worth of work. When i fired them last week, I asked the one owner Stan W about getting $4800 back. His reply was that I owed him another $7500.00! I warned him that I was going to report him to the BBB and CPA, hoping it would smarten him up, but he doesn't care. I've now reported RS2000 to both these groups. They also had a guy named Mike Beal who was supposedly doing the work, and I've come to find out he isn't even a licensed accountant.
Over the last year, I've been lied to, avoided, ignored, yelled at, and treated worse than I've ever been treated by a professional business. These people are unreal.
If I call for their office now, they hang up on me. Stan's partner's name is Ron S from Ailsa Craig. His son Jeremy works there. I called to talk to Jeremy today, but the secretary wouldn't let me talk to him and hung up on me. When I called back and asked her if she just hung up on me, she said yes and hung up again.
I told them I was going to keep reporting them to anybody I can until they refund me what they've stolen from me. It's bad enough they've gotten me paying all kinds of penalties to CRA... I can't have them rob me too. That's because Stan W, Jeremy S, and Ron S, or Mike B aren't even licensed accountants of any type. I had a good friend who is an accountant run their names on the CPA site, and none of them are registered! I'm not sure how they're even allowed to operate, but if I don't get my money refunded as it should be, I'm going to do everything I can to close them down. Nobody else should ever have to experience what I have.
