That's because their expertise and large selection is what matters the most to me. We are new to DIY landscaping and good help and advice is priceless. Several YouTube channels warn against buying plants at HD or Lowes.... and despite their good return guarantees, I waste too much time looking for help and getting the advice I need, and it's a huge pain in the rear to have to dig-up dead plants and return them and then replant them. I bought a Peace Lily plant which is a houseplant that can be taken care of easily. The owner and the store associate were helpful in explaining the different types of plants and how to care for them. I spent about 25 minutes in the store. I liked that the store sells plant pots and bottle sprays. The store is small but there are plenty of plants to choose from of varying sizes. And of course, there's also plant-themed merch here as well, like plant momma/daddy hats, stickers, keychains, etc. The prices are very reasonable as well.
