Following it would have compromised the integrity of the septic tank since the location was in a low lying area prone to flooding. If not for his insistence and prior experience to relocate the septic tank to higher ground, it prevented a future catastrophe from happening. Two, my lot is in a flood zone and as such needed to be strictly adhered to by Fema protoco. I hired survey engineers to measure the exact level of excavation required and Alani followed them to the letter.
