Several issues were left unfinished or poorly executed, including exposed screws and wires, visible seams, wall panels coming loose, an inaccurate TV cutout on one of the panels, and a top floating shelf that was not installed level. These details were noticed by my customers, who expressed their dissatisfaction and requested that the work be redone. I gave Eduardo the opportunity to return and correct these issues, but he ultimately chose not to complete the necessary repairs. To protect my company's reputation and satisfy my customers, I had to hire another crew at my own expense to fix and complete the work. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Eduardo for finish carpentry or custom panel installation.
