Do not trust this company. My mom had them redo her house. She was assured by their salesman before hiring them that their "luxury" vinyl flooring could be used in a home office as long as specific rubber wheels were used on the chair. She did that. The floor broke quickly anyway. It was fixed under warranty once and Price Flooring told her she then had to buy a specific protective mat at her expense. She did that, too . The floor broke again. Price Flooring now told her to buy yet another, different protective mat at her expense yet again. Further, they attempted to charge her $400 to fix their worthless trash floor. Now, Price Flooring claims that the floor was NEVER UNDER WARRANTY because the office chair they assured her was fine to make the sale somehow voids the warranty. This, despite the fact that Price Flooring's salesperson advised her on the correct rubber wheels to buy in order to protect the floor. Apparently, Price Flooring magically became a charity when they fixed their own garbage products the first time. Either that, or a greedy company LIED to make a sale they otherwise wouldn't have made and stuck my mother with the consequences. Which is more likely? Mom will be eventually be fine because she has a construction lawyer in the family. There will be legal action. Ray and Josh did a great job of looking at the floor plans of two bedrooms and accurately pricing out the carpet I selected. The problem started soon after we put down. It is an entire section of my kitchen not 2 planks. Manufacturer said was put down improperly and paid out of pocket once. I do not want to pay again for flooring and labor when this issue started almost immediately after putting down. The seller neglected to come and take all the necessary measurements on site despite promising to do so, he used a drawing that did not correspond to the reality. This led to the fact that when performing the work, the workers did not have enough material to finish the work. When I asked the seller to provide the missing parts, he offered me to pay extra. When I refused to pay he just simply hung up on me. Thus, he violated the rules of his company, which are clearly printed on their letterhead. Such conduct of business speaks of complete disrespect for the client and bad faith in doing business. I do not recommend dealing with this company. read more

We have been trying to get our guest bathroom done for two years. Noone shows up to give you an est and if they do they never get back to you We gave up... and keep putting the project on hold. I was at a red light on Atlantic saw Price sign stating they install bathrooms . Kim gave us a ball park est for materials and labor -- Stated I needed to pay $250 for a measure to be done (it goes to materials after) She said they would demo bathroom - sheet rock walls install tub repllace toilet and tile wallls and floor -And be done in 5 -6 days. I walked into Price flooring and Ron educated me about a fabulous new flooring system. It takes three days to install, it goes over your current floor and requires no sanding or gluing. I have to say the process was easy from start to finish. Drew handled all the measurements and helped me find the perfect cedar wide plank floor. A great team showed up to install and I now have beautiful new floors at a reasonable price. My husband and I have wanted to retile the floor of our old 1950's house for years. This was a major undertaking for us so our tile selection had to be perfect. We were tiling the floor of the entire house. After searching several tile shops, including Price, we found a tile we loved at another store. Only problem, the style we selected would be outrageous to install due to our uneven floors and the tile size. While I felt dejected and back to square one, we headed to Price Flooring to begin our tile search all over. After speaking with Peter at Price about our tile dilema, he suggested bringing in a sample of what we wanted and maybe he could come up with a comparable look in a more appropriate size for our installation needs. We brought in a sample and Peter found a tile that would work on our uneven floors and in a pattern we liked even better. Price then got us on their schedule for installation. The gentleman who came out to do the final measure was professional and courteous and answered all my probably annoying questions. The installers came on time and spent several days on the job. They were awesome. The installers were professional and careful and took time to clean up everyday. And thank you to them for not being mad when my dog accidentally ran through some wet concrete and left paw prints everywhere. After the job was complete we noticed they missed a section of trim tile in the master bath. We called the installer and he came out the next day after hours and finished the job (which took all of 15 min) We are so happy with our new flooring. STAY AWAY!! I recently hired Price Flooring to install vinyl plank flooring throughout my entire 1,385 square foot Condo, located in Delray Beach. Kim Zimnowski was my salesperson. Kim is very professional, helpful and one of the most upbeat and pleasant people I've ever met. That being said, Peter Price, brother to Ray Price, the owner, was the most offensive person I have ever dealt with professionally, in my entire 61 years on this planet! Peter Price was at different times patronizing, dismissive and offensive. He yelled and talked over me on several instances. He would repeatedly brag this his brother was the owner in every conversation I had with him. When I asked him to provide proof of soundproofing measures as required by my HOA, he smugly said, "We've never done that before, we aren't going to start"! When the administrative representative of my development's managing company contacted him, Peter Price was rude and offensive to her as well! Peter Price is a misogynistic, nightmare to deal with and I strongly advise ALL women to stay away from Price Flooring! Lastly, they left piles of garbage at my apartment and scuff marks on my walls! Big problem when they removed old flooring and called thir boss, who immediately came over. They figured out a solution, costly, but the job got completed in 1 long day. Installers were on time and did a good installation. However carpet installer said there were dog stains on the carpet which meant he didn't have to dispose of the old carpet. Salesman Drew saw no issues when he measured rooms. The installer cut the old carpet up, rolled it up, taped it, carried it to my garage and left it for me to dispose. I asked Ray, as I had paid for installation and disposal of old carpet, why was old carpet piled up in my garage? Ray replied that they completed their disposal responsibilities by placing it in my garage. Overall my review is that Price Flooring is dishonest, unreliable and untrustworthy. We went there after seeing their name in Costco. Being as Costco is the most customer friendly business offering service, refunds, and politeness, etc. After going to visit the store, we sort of were ignored by the employees even though there were no other customers visible. We viewed the various flooring and wanted more information. So the following weekend returned to further get information. As my husband is a construction executive he had many questions. Before we know what's going on the salesman started to become condescending, rude and starting yelling. We left Price Flooring in a state of disbelief! Reported this incident to our nearby Costco who took the information and apologized profusely, stating that they've had several similar reports of this nature, and the store is privately owned by family members. This place was the best! I had seen the finished product at a home I was visiting. They told me how pleased they were with the product and the service and that I should go there for myself. So I decided to give it a try. All of the staff were wearing masks when I walked in but I was greeted by friendly staff who were quick to help! I decided on the flooring after bringing a couple of samples home ( no fee for the sample, which I said I'd return). I had been shopping for new flooring and didn't buy earlier because it seemed near impossible to get any help from anyone at the other BIG name stores. I went back with the samples, they came out the next day to measure and a week later I had 2400 sq ft of new flooring!! We went through the Costco flooring program. Price Flooring were the company of choice for Costco. We wanted Shaw flooring for the quality, and price had a very large selection. When I first met with Kim on the phone, she made me feel like family member. So easy to talk to. We got to their location and met the rest of the staff. We were look for wood flooring, pick up some samples and took them home. Nothing matched as well as we wanted to. When Drew came out to measure, he came up with suggestions that we ended installing, including a different floor than we picked up. It matched everything, just what we were looking for. We ended up doing the whole house. The installers were from an outside contractor, but you would never know it. Hernan, and his team were the best I've seen in many years. They took pride in everything they did. Nothing was hurried and corners were not cut short ( pride in the work that they did). By going through the Costco program, we saved buying the product, finding the best place for flooring with true professionals. Beware of this company! In May I began a kitchen remodel & flooring job. Went to 5 different places before I found what I liked at Price Floors. Had their employee come out to measure & I bought it. Their contractors came a week later and started installing the floors up to where kitchen area is & stopped. Cabinets were delayed until last week. The contractors at Price couldn't come back to finish installation for a couple weeks due to being booked so I hired someone else to finish it. I had 5 boxes left so I went to return them for a refund. First they are going to tell me Im lucky that im even getting a refund cause its over 60 days. Nobody told me that! Then they charged me a 20% restocking fee! If their guy was competent & gave a accurate square footage I wouldnt have to return anything! I got ripped off royally! I got a refund but it was not anywhere what I spent! Rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Should've gone elsewhere! read more
