They turn up anytime between 8am & 3.30pm, We had 2 water leaks, one really bad + a radiator leak, done by their 'best' plumber - 30 years with the company. Even asked for final payment BEFORE work was finished. What went wrong: 1: Drilled through pipe in Bathroom even though it was marked as pipe threre, kitchen, including appliances flooded, told plumber, he did not even look to see the damage, but turned water off. 2: Left with a dripping radiator overnight. 3: No flushing toilet till day 5, which was then moved on day 11 which had asked not to be moved. 4: Wrong sink ordered. 5: No bathroom sink fitted till day 11. 6: Son fitted bathroom door on day 10 as we had people here on day 11 & wanted some privacy. 7: Was told on day 5 would be finished on day 6 not finished till day 11. 8: Did not turn up for 1st meeting at shop. 9: No itemized bill as promised. 10: Changed billing Friday before it was due to start on the Monday via email, no telephone call. 11. Workers asking us for work plan - which we did not have. 12: A garden over half full of rubbish left which I had to ask them to move.

Having used this company approximately 2 years after they commenced trading we contacted them again…read moreto have a renewed installation. I would warn anyone considering using Ultimate Choice that once the installation is completed,should any of the equipment prove to be faulty they will NOT become involved. You are told to contact the manufacturer for the supply of new spares (during the guarantee period) & then to further request the manufacturer to appoint a company to carry out the repair. This happened to me with a shower door handle. I had to contact the supplier in Ireland & then having waited for 2 week delivery fitted the handle myself. I would NOT recommend this company for any installations until they make themselves fully aware of the "sale of goods act" & offer a proper after sales service.
