I went to the CVS in Rockland many years ago and they really could learn something about customer care and a color wheel. Sarah, Bobbi, Jess, and Kirley are true role models in this stressful industry and I couldn't ask for more. If you are looking for a pharmacy that knows what they are doing and has compassion, empathy, and concern for their patients then this is the place for you. Today I needed a prescription they didn't have in stock, I called them - the staff member I spoke with was so customer focused: he called another local CVS, made sure the medicine was in stock, then called our doctor and re-routed the prescription from his pharmacy to the other one - then called me back to update me!!
