The menu is said to have changed recently. They offer a variety of items ranging from tex-mex, salads, burgers, bbq chicken/ribs. It reminded me of a chilis or TGIFridays. My friend and I weren't that hungry so we decided to split the Hollywood combo appetizer which had onion rings, chicken wings, cheese sticks, and jalapeño cheese bites. Also accompanied with ranch and bbq sauce. the cheese sticks we did not care for too much as the cheese wasn't melted enough. It felt like I was eating a cold Poly-O string cheese with breadcrumbs. Other than than that, everything else tasted fine. The portion was good enough for two people to share. I was looking around to see what other people ordered and noticed that their burgers were very big and looked pretty good (presentation wise lol). Not sure if i would return again on my own but if it were a group outing, i would not mind coming back.

As with many of the beach towns in the Cadiz province, the dining room was chilly, because it is equipped for warmer temps most of the year. They also have a habit of leaving the door open, so I was in my coat the whole dinner. :-) Our menu was in Spanish, but our waiter was helpful about offering to describe things, if certain dishes were unfamiliar. It was easier for him to describe in Spanish, so I interpreted from there. He did find an old English menu to help my husband, but it didn't have all the current dishes, so we worked on it until all was copacetic, with food on the way! This place is more of a fusion restaurant. It has good reviews on a variety of rating sites, so that sold me, though I did want to stick to more uniquely Spanish food on this trip, be it traditional or newer. I just wanted to eat the region, authentically. We tried to go with the most indigenous dishes we could. I was surprised that when I asked the (young) waiter what dishes were most authentic to Spain, he came up with things that to me, are totally American. For tapas-like apps, we had the patatas con ajo y aceite de oliva, which was very good, but looked and tasted much like potato salad (thought it might be more like Andalusian Tortilla de Patatas). We also had a salad with fried chicken poppers, goat cheese, and salsa verde, which, again, was tasty, but much like something from home. My husband had the octopus (pulpo) entree with patatas bravas. It was perfectly cooked, with an amazing tenderness for what is usually a pretty rubbery texture. He was very pleased. My seafood limitations made me go with another Yelper's tip about the beef cordon bleu (even though it wasn't Spanish), and, unfortunately, I could not have been more disappointed. It came with a very orange cheddar sauce, that was like something from Ruby Tuesday's. I managed a few bites because I was starving, but my husband ate the rest. Just not my thing. Dessert was, again, very tasty, but the lemon torte had a meringue-y topping, much like yet another dish from home. We did not know what to expect, then it turned into our favorite food experience during our entire 15 day Spanish vacation. The Tintio de Veranos were just right(we had them both days) and the croquettes changed daily. Day 1 was chorizo and Sriracha, day 2 was beef. Both were fantastic. Chorizo was our favorite. We had the Vietnamese rolls with deep fried mussels. This was so good we debated getting another one. Day 1 also included their special of the day, a beef taco that was excellent again. Day 2 we had the croquette, and the fried cod with artichoke flower. Light and not heavy. Just the right amount of batter. Then we had the ribs, eat them as a lettuce wrap taco. The meat fell off the bones and the flavor was a sticky Asian bbq. We sat outside at the square both days at mid day and enjoyed watching locals sitting for their lunch and heading home for their siesta.

My husband and I were customers here as part of a tour group. I had previously seen a flamenco show elsewhere, so I knew what to expect, but this flamenco show was my husband's first time seeing one. He recommended sitting in the far back, but that meant that other tourists' heads partially blocked our view of the stage. :( He liked the dancing and music. Servers also frequently blocked our view of the stage when they walked table to table to take orders, bring drinks and foods, clean up, and take payment. Also, a server repeatedly told us that we were not allowed to take videos, although we were just taking the permitted photos. As for the foods and drinks, we liked our ham, cheese, and sangria.
