I have to give Mr. Ryan Smith 5 stars for his services!! I got a ticket for expired tags back in November. As my court date came closer, I realized it was going to be out of town on the day my court date was scheduled. The Friday before my trip i decided to drive to Charlotte NC from my hometown (Greensboro) & see if by any chance I can just show the County Clerk's office proof that I had taken care of my infraction prior to my court date to avoid any further intureptions. The lady at the window told me there wasnt anything I could do. Either I can come back after I return from my trip or I could try going down to the courtroom and ask a random attorney to have it dismissed that day for me. I called this law group to hopefully get my out of state ticket taken care of, they were so nice, courteous and more than willing to help. I had called two other law groups before and I was trying to get a feel for all of them before deciding who to go with, I got a brief conversation with one law group who rushed me off the phone and the other lawyer didn't call me back until hours later. Ryan Smith was awesome to work with! I received a speeding ticket and he was completely honest with me over the phone about what my options may be and gave me the best and worse case scenario. He said he would fight for me and not settle until he got what he felt was the best deal for me.
