I booked my appointment a few days in advance and Sara had one or two spots left thankfully. The salon was clean and extremely nice/modern/updated. Everything was excellent- the fruity water, the essential oils and cream, the rooms and sounds. Sara was an amazing therapist. She focused on my shoulders, back, neck and feet like I had asked. She had a very relaxed style and strong hands and I found it to be one of the best massages I've ever had!! I wish I'd had time for another one two days later before I left for home. My work keeps me hunched over and with bad posture. Sara was able to work out a lot of kinks and pain I had and surprisingly, I wasn't sore the next day, just relaxed!!! And I had to write down the stuff she uses. Man oh man was it perfect! Very earthy and delicious!!

I have been looking forward to it everyday as I don't get to do this often and was excited I found such a great deal. Today (the day before my appointment) I was told by Aubrey that she will no longer be accepting Groupon vouchers and that I will have to request a refund from them to cancel entirely or use that money to pay for massage (willing to honor what I originally paid). Groupon came back and said a refund isn't possible because it is past the 3 day refund window. I told Aubrey this and she just said well everyone else has been able to get one. I finally got her on the phone and she told me that she won't accept them anymore because Groupon has discounted the price too much and she doesn't get paid enough. Understandable. But the day before my massage? You let me schedule an appointment knowing full well I had a voucher...I told her I keep getting the same message back and she said she will try to contact Groupon but that if I don't get a refund it is out of her control since she doesn't have the money until my voucher is redeemed. Why I decided to leave this review is because she would not let me finish one sentence on the phone and talked over me the entire time. She was quite rude as I was trying to tell her that I'm disappointed in the whole situation and I don't understand why she wouldn't just honor what she had already agreed to 2 weeks ago and as a potential customer it doesn't make any sense to me. She said well you're not a potential customer anymore. Right. You are so right.

The reason for my visit was because I received the Ulta holiday gift guide in the mail and saw an OPI holiday nail polish set for a great price. I took my chances coming here hoping they had it at this location, however after thoroughly looking I didn't find it. So I asked a sales associate, who was under what I was referring to and said she didn't remember seeing but went to look anyway. She couldn't find it and asked another sales associate, who also didn't know what I was referring to in their holiday mailer. So I gave up. Since I was there, I decided to look for a mini roller ball perfume, however they had little selection to choose from. When I actually found a perfume I wanted, guess what? They didn't have it in stock. The sales associate let me know I could order it while in-store and have it shipped directly to my home, which I agreed to. At least I discovered that if they're out of stock of a certain item, you can have it shipped to your home for free.
