We have all three had massages before, but this was by far the most wonderful, relaxing, and therapeutic experience that any one of us has had. I'm a car guy, so I think of things like a "mechanics touch", wherein a person has to have enough strength to tighten bolts without breaking them, adjust settings to the proper tension, etc. It takes a special person to be able to sense that level of touch. This applies to a massage as well. I've had massages that were "deep tissue" quote un-quote, and all they did was hurt. I didn't want to go back and get another one. Cyndi provided not only a strong and firm touch, but followed through with a balanced approach to her massage technique throughout the hour time frame. She included a touch of spa experience, in whuch she utilized hot towels, therapeutic oils, and even provided extra support via a wedge on the massage table to provide extra support for my wife's tender back. Cindy customized the experience based on not only on her years of experience, but communication and interaction with each person on an individual basis. We have relatives in the Coeur d'Alene area, so we were visiting this weekend anyway. While we live in the Tri-Cities, we will certainly travel to enjoy a massage in the future as well. I did not know this until my service was completed. The front desk staff were unable to locate my prepaid gift certificate. The two employees at the front desk tried to assist, but one of them was especially unprofessional throughout the process. In addition, the spa was poorly stocked with the basic necessities. Guest had to leave the locker area and ask staff for towels, and other items because they were not readily available. To make matters worse, I ordered a drink and didn't receive it until after my service was completed, making the order pointless and highlighting the lack of attention to customer service. What was most disappointing was despite all of these issues, I never received a follow-up call from the spa manager to discuss my experience or address my concerns. Overall, the experience was disorganized and disappointing. Between the confusion over my gift certificate, the unprofessional staff, the lack of amenities, and poor service, I will not be returning.

My friend & I both booked a mani/pedi. We spent $140 each but the sauna is only available for customers who want to buy a facial or massage, unless you want to spend another $15 + dollars. Both our tech's seemed to be fresh out of school. My friends manicure had to be fixed at home & both our toe nail polish was not great quality that we took off later that day. I tried showing the cashier the spillage of gel polish on my friends hand as we checked out, she admitted it was below their standards but didn't offer to do anything about it. The lights are so dim it's impossible to check the quality of work on site. The choices of colors was sparse and there was no real organization with colors/numbers of the selections. When we chose a color, after several minutes of both techs searching high and low, we were told sorry that seems to be out of stock. My tech stopped what she was doing to check her phone twice, and really did not know how to give a good service on either mani or pedi. Also, she continuously interrupted my friends & mine personal conversation with her own thoughts or ideas. We tipped because we are decent people but sadly, this was a complete waist of money & time. I'd LOVE a refund.
