I forget the name of the therapist, but the experience was pretty painful (yes, I kept telling her to use less pressure) and she talked a lot throughout the session. Deep tissue is in no way relaxing, and the topics of conversation were relevant to health & wellness, so I didn't consider this a bad thing. I was terribly sore the next day and my back was bruised. She focused on one area of my back, so most of the pain and bruising was on my right side. Once I healed, I realized that she DID work out a lot of knots and I felt a lot better. I chose to have a Swedish massage the next time around, with Joanna. It was super relaxing. She used just the right pressure, and was able to get the knots out without me writhing in pain. My third massage was just as heavenly.

I really think everyone is at this location is talented and client-centered, tailoring the massages to each customer's preferences. As for the front desk: flawless! In five years they have never made a mistake with my appointment time and they have consistently been welcoming, pleasant, and professional. All the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is quiet and calm. They provide upgrades like aromatherapy if you want and sell skincare products, but they haven't ever pushed me with an upsell which I appreciate. There's plenty of free parking. I'm completely happy with this location in every way!
