I came here for a 90 minute massage. The masseuse climbed on top of me and used her knees on my back which I thought was odd. Masseuses have used their elbows on me before but never their knees. By the time I got home, I had developed a bruise on each shoulder blade. The one of my left shoulder blade was worse - it went from a deep purple bruise to a quarter-size wound. I initially thought the masseuse ruptured a blood vessel but now I think my skin was rubbed raw against my bone. I am never going here again and would not recommend this place to others. read more

The price is good, they ask you if the pressure is good and suitable for you. Only thing I didn't like: I tried being outside the box and tried their combination massage. Holy shiiiit!!! First time there today. Called and set up my appointment very easily. I arrived a little early and the receptionist brought me right into a room, which was very clean, dimly lit, and had very relaxing music playing. Only did an hour massage as a trial. Worth every cent. Lilly was my massage therapist and did an excellent job. She paid attention to the areas giving me problems, and worked me out just fine. I'll definitely be returning soon. Went for a massage today. I arrived 8 minutes late (walking in at 3:08 instead of 3:00) since it was my first time in that area, not knowing I had to parallel park and pay for parking in a very busy cross street (wish they had told me this when I made the appointment.) When I walked in I apologized for being late. The woman told Me now I could only get 30 minute massage instead of one hour. (Not sure why she couldn't accommodate 45 minutes..) The masseuse did a good job, I was there only for beck and shoulders. When I went to pay, the woman informed me 60 minutes = $50, 30 minutes = $40. I felt conned that she pressured me into 30 minutes, didn't offer 45 and when I asked her a question about payment - She was snappy. Will not be going back. read more

Location was great. The price made me want to book. I had a male massage therapist. The massage was okay. It felt a bit weird wearing a mask as you were facedown which affected the experience a little bit, but it was their policy and I didn't have a problem complying. I felt some parts of my body (particularly my neck) got a LOT of time while other parts felt rushed. I went with my friend who was in the next room and as soon as I heard her therapist said "okay you're finished" my therapist finished in about 5 seconds (with one of my legs getting a lot more time than the other). Omg the reviews and hype are valid!! $49 for 1 hour massage and they really go all out from start to finish. I have had some massages in the past that are more like a rub or gently pass through an area. At this location they press down and feels like a deep tissue in each area they are working on. It feels like a rough massage but in a good way, where they are actually working out knots in your body. 100% satisfied and will definitely return. Covid side note - they take your temperature before massage with a thermal reader on your forehead. Masks must be worn during massage. read more

Oriental Eden was able to accommodate us on less than two hours' notice. The space is subdued, comfortable, clean and cozy, and the massage therapists were skilled and responsive. They took me the same day I called to book so I can really appreciate that. Very quick process to get started, just change your clothes and hop on the table. $50 for an hour long massage, not complaining! In addition to the massage, they do offer hot stones. You can have them directly put on or have the therapist do a hand version of the hot stones. I chose the hand version, props to the lady cause her hands were already so hot. Only thing I do wish they would do is a brief consultation. Ask what area problems clients need more TLC on. I could have just told her too. But I had a rather pleasant experience! Such a strange place. I only went because of a referral. I had a knot in my trap and my regular therapist was unavailable. Big language barrier. I arrived for appt and The woman rushed me into dim a room with what looked like 2 twin beds with face cradles. Tells me underwear on face down and leaves. The male masseuse comes in and says nothing. Didn't ask if I was having any issues. What kind of massage I wanted nothing. He then starts pressing hard on my back and after 5 min of this l asked him to stop and I got dressed. I asked if they were licensed and she pointed to the wall and says she can give whatever massage I want. I just said no thanks and left. Explains the low prices. Maybe this is some other eastern technique but if you are looking for a normal massage steer clear of this place. read more

This is my 4th time here and I must say, this place is great. I've received massages from Sophia, who is excellent, as well as some others. When it comes to massages, I'm very specific in what I like. In my experience here, the staff has been able to meet my expectations. The only down side is the communication skills from the staff. Usually, Sophia has to step in and translate, but it's not too big of a deal. However, the reason I'm taking out time to write a review today, is because I went in for a massage today with Sophia and somehow ended up with Tony. This was probably the BEST thing that could have happened! Tony, is a phenomenal masseuse and probably one of the best I've encountered. I literally did not have to explain my pain points. He was able to figure it out and he used the perfect amount of pressure for me. Tony was quick, thorough and was able to spend time in all the areas I needed most. If you can handle deep pressure and need to work on your knots, Tony is your guy!!!! He works only 3 times a week, so I'd definitely call in to make sure he's there. Expectation is key here. This is a no frills spa. The ladies who run it are very nice and give very good massages. It's surprising how strong they are! If you don't like the pressure, just say something! I learned that a long time ago, don't be afraid to tell your massage therapist what hurts and what doesn't. Anywho, you can make a super fast appointment here which is nice and $80 for a 90 minute massage is pretty great. Again, no frills. I called for a reservation for a deep tissue and they were able to fit me in. I was having issues with knot's in my back and the massuse was able to relieve all of my issues. Surprised at all the rave reviews. Went here for a couples massage. They did not seem prepared for us when we got there...we had to wait for them to set up a room for us. Then they switched our massage room at the last minute and were awkward about it. Then they wanted to put us in separate rooms. Told them no. The ladies giving us massages were talking the entire time, and my lady left the room for at least 5 minutes in the middle of the massage. THEN they told us how much we should leave for a tip. Just had our 90mins couples massage here and I would say I was surprised with the service. I wasn't expecting anything fancy but the massage was actually good. The place looks clean, comfortable and quiet. Although the couples room could be better with a bigger space and it would be awesome if they add aromatherapy to their services. I had a hamstring injury from dancing and decided a massage was a good idea even though I was afraid a massage was going to make it worse. It did hurt like a mofo but afterwards my leg was a lot better. Two days later my leg still hurts a litte but it's in a lot better shape than it was before the massage. I recently went for my third visit for an hour massage. The prior times that I've gone, I usually tipped 20%. However that day, I was able to tip a lesser amount because I didn't have that much change on me and the owner was rude about it. Her response was "You can't give more for tip"? I thought that was very tacky considering how I usually tip a great amount. I also think it's tacky to tell a customer how much they should they need tip. read more

My therapist Sophia gave me the best massage I've ever experienced with a full, uninterrupted 2 hours of pure traditional Chinese massage therapy. Her strength, experience & skills were excellent - I loved it! This place is friendly, professional, clean and priced right to keep me coming back often. I trust this place as they clearly know what they are doing and will honestly tell me what it will take to make my back pain go away. I first went to Oriental Eden Day Spa because I had thrown out my lower back and it was taking a long time to fix with standard physical therapy. When I arrived, the masseuse immediately pointed out my problem area and told me if I could give her an extra 20-30 minutes on my massage she could fix it properly. I agreed and by the next day the majority of my pain was gone! My physical therapist commented on how quickly I suddenly healed.
