Emails were often written in an unprofessional tone, and when mistakes occurred, there was little to no accountability. Instead of acknowledging errors and working collaboratively to resolve them, responsibility was often shifted elsewhere. At the same time, delays from clients or others involved in the case were met with criticism and impatience, creating a frustrating double standard. Perhaps most concerning was the overall lack of confidence this experience inspired. She was very condescending in her tone and spoke to me like a 5 year old, rather than apologizing first and letting me know that Andrew was too busy to take on new cases. Of course the first time I spoke to Betty, on around 11/4/22, she (rudely) affirmed that Andrew was taking new cases, conveniently enough. It seems that she cannot regulate her tone, no matter the occasion. I suppose that is the consequence for missing the bar, literally. Three days later, get a phone call from Glickman saying "I won't read your materials until you make an appointment". Explained that receptionist would not make the appointment until he told her to. Glickman then goes on a long toot about how much trouble he has with people who come in, get his opinion, then refuse to pay and expect free legal advice. I tell him in my opinion, he could always have me sign something in advance agreeing to his fees. He disagrees with me. He then offers to "take out his diary" to make the appointment himself, then reverses himself. This guy, and his receptionist, couldn't run a lemonade stand. I have hired attorneys a number of times before. This outfit was completely unprofessional.
