I am a 69 year old and am able to comprehend how it works. Now we are forced to find another more competent actual professional to help us fulfill this transaction. Not much value in working here. During our initial conversation, Nathan made it sound like he would personally handle my case. However, once I paid the retainer, most communication came from his associate, and Nathan mostly appeared when it came time to discuss billing. The work itself contained several errors and overlooked key details I had clearly requested in writing. When I raised concerns, I was told these omissions were simply "forgotten." Later, additional charges were requested for services that were never clearly agreed upon. I've worked with many attorneys over the years, and this was by far the least professional experience I've had. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
