Original I trained as a Swiss pastry cook. After meeting MacKay's Cochrane Ice Cream in Canada, I decided on my retirement to start up Swiss Exotic Ice Cream in Switzerland
Meet the Business Owner: Rubi H.
Born and raised in the Swiss Mountain Resort Grindelwald, I experienced 8 years in Canada, 2 years Nigeria, several years Switzerland with excursions to Germany, Italy, France, Japan and Bolivia. This leads to Swiss Exotic Ice Cream
