While I was there, I mentioned I wanted to give Reiki a try. She suggested Concentric Reiki for me personally. I can't even begin to tell you how good I felt afterward! I suffer from asthma-induced chest pain and I also keep my stress and past traumas in my chest and shoulders. Immediately after the session I could actually BREATHE without having chest pain!
