After 1 session I saw results that have lasted for months with (now) little to no effort. For most, hypnosis is usually the LAST resort, but for me it was the first stop to tackle my identified issues. I know the power of hypnosis when the client is at threshold (ie.."I have to change and I have to do it now"). What was surprising is Andrew's approach. He didn't bring me into an office and do a live session. What he did was BETTER. We met each week by phone for 20-60 minutes (whatever it took), and he would use that information to create a short (~20 min) hypnosis recording specifically for me which I would listen to once per day. Why was this "better"? I didn't drive in traffic and rush around to make an appointment. In fact, once I had to move our session out by 30 min (just try that with an in-person appointment at your doctor or dentist -- they'll reschedule you to their next open slot!). I didn't sit in an unfamiliar office trying to relax. I was in the comfort of my own home and able to relax even deeper. I love Andrew's method. It is extremely effective, and when I need a dose of confidence then I pull out that recording and listen to it each time. I was open (but skeptical at first) of this approach. But the results have been fantastic! I highly recommend Andrew.

Unfortunately, I did not reach the deep theta state required for a valid QHHT session. Rather than confirming my hypnotic depth, I was encouraged to say whatever came to mind about what I "saw," which led to responses that did not feel genuine. Prior to the session, I had explained that my main purpose was healing and that I have difficulty with guided meditation. Knowing this, I expected more care in assessing whether the session was actually working. Lori stayed focused on her QHHT script. No healing occurred, even though I stated some healing would, the overall experience did not feel legitimate to me. When I reached out afterward to discuss my concerns and request a refund, I was told there were no guarantees and that a lawyer would be consulted. I never received a follow‑up, resolution, or partial adjustment, and communication was cut off. She blocked me from her Facebook account.

In the session I shared the story of my current life. Then he guided me into a connection with my higher self which revealed to me 6 different past lives! It was a long session but it went by very quickly. I was very coherent during the session, relaying what I was seeing like it was a movie playing out in my mind. The red thread between all the lives revealed what I'm here to learn and do in this life. Then he moved past my conscious mind to connect with my higher self to ask the questions. For instance I wondered about a birthmark on my forehead, and found out it was a reminder of some markings from an ancient tribe that represented a portal to the divine. Original review: I reached out to her because I am at the end of my rope, and this was her response: "I noticed that you have an online calendar - which is pretty impressive for someone who claims to have so much going wrong in their life.  Maybe it is time to start noticing what is going right." Not sure who thinks that dismissing someone's pain with cliched toxic positivity in an email is a good way to start a relationship of any kind.  Suffice to say I didn't want anything else to do with her.
