Visited May 27 2026. This cute boutique is located next to Provisions Restaurant in downtown Oroville. I lost or misplaced my Ray Bans sunglasses so thought I might find a pair. Nothing fit just right for my face. What I did notice was really cute clothes..especially the sundresses! Nice labels inside. Really friendly employee( or owner?) That had the cutest little baby! Absolutely the ONLY store in Oroville worth walking into for women's clothing. They have many recognized brands such as seven for all mankind (I know!!!!!!) and Lucky. My favorite that they carry is a line called Love Stitch, which is pretty hard to find and really, really reasonably priced (usually in the 20-30 dollar range). Service is always great because it's a small store and they have a pretty fashion-forward owner. Love this store and will continue to shop here whenever I'm in (gasp) Oroville. read more

BEWARE! BUSINESS STEALING FROM PATRONS, was at Ruby's and ended up purchasing around $300 worth of clothing and then continued to their other store Red Fly next door and spent $250 there. WHile at the register of either store, I was not made aware of their HORRIBLE return policy which states returns only accepted for store credit within 14 days, EVEN WITH RECEIPT PRESENT AND TAGS STILL ON CLOTHING. When spending that kind of money on clothing especially not trying on some things it's absurd to not give the customer back their money if something doesn't fit or work. If they choose to apply that policy you should at VERY LEAST BE NOTIFIED OF IT BEFORE THE EMPLOYEE GLADLY TAKES YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND COMPLETES THE SALE . read more

I am that girl.. you know the one who pretty much only wears hoodies and jeans because I have zero clue how to put together a cute practical outfit that works for my job. Went into Rubys because they do have this awesome pair of leggings I am addicted to, but I was curious what else they had. The girls whipped together an out fit that is perfect for my work since I often have to dress in layers. I love it! And it was flattering to my body type and age appropriate.
