Katie Myers was terrible. I found her n 2018 to do the taxes for my 90-year-old father and his…read more92-year-old wife. He owns real estate so a bit more complicated but should be easy for a CPA. She is very slow to respond and has an attitude. I asked for a monthly report for properties he owns. Four months later after requesting again I got a report with two columns, income and expenses and nothing more. I don't think she really knows what she should know as a CPA too. We moved to new CPA and he has caught things that should have been taken care of. She only has office hours two days a week and she is a sole practioner. I had a request and she said it would be 4 weeks to get back to me about my question. Maybe OK with personal 1040 tax returns but I would not recommend for anything more complicated. Summary: She has an attitude, she woks 2 days a week so not available, slow responding and don't think she has the knowledge she needs as a CPA. I don't recommend using her.

Today I find myself compelled to write this review after 2 years of unresponsive behavior. It has been a massive pain switching from her services to a new accountant, mostly due to lack of communication. I do not recommend her services.
