Well when my roof started to leak after the snow we recently got melted away. They were one of the first companies to respond. Craig came out and inspected my roof using a drone and showed me detailed photos of where the leaks could be coming from. He also gave me an estimate of what the price would be within the same week. My tree was split in half and he was worried it would fall on my house so he said he would come out first thing in the morning. At 8:40ish he was set up waiting for 9am so he could start due to restrictions before 9am. But 10:45am he was done. It was freezing and windy and they were both smiling the whole time. It shows they love their job. The came back with a bigger truck to finish clean up. I told them don't worry about taking and stuff but they did it anyways. He even took all the branches I cut down myself from my driveway and the corner of my yard. This the first time I didn't have any regrets for paying someone else to do something for me because I usually do everything myself. I would high recommend Chase and his crew!
