Well when my roof started to leak after the snow we recently got melted away. They were one of the first companies to respond. Craig came out and inspected my roof using a drone and showed me detailed photos of where the leaks could be coming from. He also gave me an estimate of what the price would be within the same week. They were quicker than anyone else in terms of getting someone out and getting a quote back so I went with them because they seemed to value my time.
