My wedding will be held in Lincoln, my hometown, and I decided I wanted to look into ordering my dress locally so I wouldn't have to find a way to transport it. Dream Designs Bridal carried the same designer of the gown I wanted. I called them with the exact designer/style number of the dress I was in search of and explained my situation. I spoke with the owner, Deanna, who was absolutely fabulous. She did not carry the dress but was willing to order it in for me, free of charge and with no obligation to buy. She said she was looking to purchase more samples for her store and that she "might as well order one she knows someone likes!" Seriously, she was SO great. She called her representatives to look into when she could get her hands on the dress and she called me several time within a day or two of my initial call with updates and to let me know she was still working on getting me information. Unfortunately, I found it easier to order through a store in my current area (for alteration purposes). However, I ABSOLUTELY would have ordered from Dream Designs if I didn't live so far out of state. Deanna's customer service was virtually flawless and was, by far, a much better experience than shops I contacted in the Lincoln and Omaha areas. Seriously, brides...don't let the small town mislead you...go to Dream Designs!

BRIGGS INC is a wholesale distributor that i had a account for 24+ years. Over time you get new…read morepeople and changes. Well the last management SHAWN H. is a party golf person and not like account issues. Shoves it to others every time. Next salesman STEVE S. a hot head lying stealing person. He caused me so many delays & price problems, he just says one day i not working your account as to problem with stuff. Then shoved to Jerry a counter person to get my stuff. All was good till he wants to retire. Then got Adam Klinghoffer comes aboard. I work with his dad on water well drilling. Things all good. Then i hear not buy stuff a lot of from Adam. Well supplies never got or prices outrageous.So i had to outsource things. Then in 10/2019 ask for pump i need and get delivered. The pump was 2 years old & they sent invoice for 2019 prices. I asked Adam to check on a better price or discount. I all i heard was pay your bill due. Then in 11/2019 ask for another pump delivered. No pump, no calls why just nothing. Well i call Omaha head office and told account on hold. Why i asked? long story short today find out they are stopping selling to me as a squeaky wheel cost money & we get rid of you we not have problems. Well the Goulds pumps bought was my wholesaler for local pickup. Turns out they even stub there nose to them too. I also hear other people talking the stuff need never have but plumbing stuff do. This goes back to Shawn H & Steve S the control freaks at branch. So my friend Adam K was told pick them or me. To keep his job chosen Briggs inc. But now told ADAM K is going to quit also after the big convention and he collects his bonus. This pace is not for a small business to buy from as your a nobody!
