Had several horrible experiences here…read more My fiance bought a ring here, and because of family members being in the hospital, the proposal was postponed. He was then offered a family ring, and so he tried to return the ring he had purchased 34 days after buying it. They said because their return policy was 30 days they would give him SOME store credit, but not the full amount. We ended up getting our wedding bands from there, only because we had the store credit, otherwise they would have already lost our business. I asked them to fix a prong that was broken on my ring and solder the engagement and the wedding bands together. When I went to pick up the rings, they had put a whole new head on the ring, instead of just fixing the prong. It now looked different. They did this to a family heirloom ring, without asking me or receiving my permission. They said they did it because the old prongs were wearing out and it was stronger now. When I complained, the manager (an actual Hamann) told me that it was stronger now, and I didn't even get charged for this $100-$150 service, and I had gotten a good deal. But, if I wanted, the jewelers could look for a smaller head to put on it. He never even apologized.

Where the problem occurs is that the sales associate told me the necklaces would be ready a week after my birthday, which I didn't love that idea but reluctantly I agreed. The day after it was supposed to be ready I called to check on them and someone else on the phone told me "you were told it wouldn't be ready for 2 more weeks". First of all, you weren't there so you have no idea what I was told and second it became VERY clear to me that the woman who sold the necklaces to me saw dollar signs $$$ because I spent over $1300 and said whatever she needed to make the sale. This is absolutely awful customer service, and I am so completely disappointed in Riddles Jewelry! Once the necklaces arrived, I asked for them to be sent to the Kearney store since that is where I live and they wouldn't send them directly to the Kearney store. NO one gave me a curtesy call to let me know they arrived...I had to call the store to inquire about them...AWFUL customer service. And the icing on the cake: I spent MORE than $1300 and all 3 of the necklaces had finger prints on them. You mean to tell me that over $1300 doesn't warrant a quick polishing before you hand them over to me??? I deeply regret spending any money at Riddles Jewelry, and of course there is no refund.

He has always been an honest person and always gave his opinions on what the best product he had was. I have got several juices from them and it had always had great flavor. I will be making a trip to grand island in the next few months to get a new vape and more juice. They have always had great customer service and are a fun bunch of people to be around and help you choose the best products you are looking for. They take their time to help and dont push anything on you they let you choose and give their opinion on what they like that maybe will interest you. I can't say anything about the brick and mortar store, but for any online customers, Yandas music is a great place to purchase unique and quality instruments for surprisingly low prices!! The clerk on duty waited until I removed my battery, dragged it across the parking lot, [in my wheelchair], into the store. I had difficulty cranking that morning and was on a journey to photo an "hot rod club" event 60 miles away. After all that, he informs me that the "warranty" was not valid at this location, go back to the store where you purchased, and a new replacement will be over $200. Unbeknownst to him, I have been an Interstate Battery dealer for 15 years!!-- and I know he is lying!! -- I was lucky enough to barely restart, complete my photo shoot, and return home that day!! The next Monday I returned to Aurora, received excellent service, they even installed the warranty replacement!! THIS LOCATION WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!

I had a core exchange, and when I informed the employee I was needing it changed, he came out to my car, looked at the size of the terminal bolts, and simply brought me the tools to change it myself. Didn't offer to do anything, including carry in my old battery. When I brought everything into the store, he told me to set the battery on the floor on the other side of the counter. Not the service I would expect when I spend $130 on a battery.

He said it would cost $179....the same price as the computer! What if we had bought a $1000 computer, would the transfer be $1000?!
