You will find the occasional puppy accident but that isn't the store's fault and they clean it up when they find it. The do have an area outside with poop bags and whatnot which is nice. They are pretty well stocked but don't have the selection of larger PetSmart stores. The Staff The staff here are awesome! The groomers, trainers and floor staff have all been great with us. The groomers have always taken great care of our dogs and we have never had an issue in the salon. As for training, we took one of our dogs their and it was a really good experience. There trainers are very knowledgeable and happy to help you out. The Selection There is a good selection of pet supplies here. They have isles of food and toys and treats. They can be a bit pricey but if you get stuff when it goes on sale you can get a good deal. Having a Pet Perks card helps with this as well. For the live animals they have a small selection of reptiles, birds, fish and rodents for sale. We have gotten several animals from here and have never had any health problems come up. They do have reptile feeders for a good price here but I find they don't last as long as the ones from reptile shops.

I have brought my 8 dogs to Copetown and am always welcomed warmly, treated promptly and always satisfied with the care that my pets receive. Over time, my pets have had some very complex issues including allergies, infections, dental abscesses and eating things that are harmful. Dr Libstug has always been very analytical and methodical in her assessments and I am always well informed by her in a way that is easy to understand. She also explains to me clearly what the treatment options are including the risks, benefits and costs. I feel free to discuss the options and ask questions and am never rushed. The entire team is very friendly and have good humour while at the same time often provide me with sound advice on diet, training and great local resources for dog care! The grounds are amazing with ample space for the dogs to get comfortable before going inside. The parking is easy and the entire clinic is set way back from the road so it is much safer and calmer for the dogs. I highly recommend the Copetown Vet

Perhaps maybe a "it comes to $100 how would you like to pay?" or anything more pleasant than just shouting out the total to me. and maybe if there's time, she could say, have a nice day, or evening when the person is exiting. I find many businesses now are losing more customers because of this issue people want to be greeted when they come in they don't want to feel like they're bothering the person at the desk or feel unacknowledged walking in.

The staff are so patient and professional with us worried owners and make you feel as everything will be handled to the best of their abilities, which seem endless. Each and every staff member are so knowledgeable and have a calm and cool attitude. With myself being a crazy and over protective dog owner, they make me feel so at ease. They do not push you in anyway to spend money on unnecessary tests or products. They speak from the heart as if they were talking to their own family member. I remember I told them once, I would like to do what I can for my baby, but I hate to say that I don't have all the money in the world. They completely agreed and didn't make me feel horrible as that's just the case for anyone!
