Let me be very clear: this company should not be trusted in your home. The installers were careless and caused visible damage to my property during installation, and instead of owning it, they completely avoided responsibility. No accountability, no professionalism--just excuses. Even worse, when I tried to address the issue, I was treated like I was making it up. There were no time-stamped photos provided to prove the damage existed prior, yet they still tried to deny everything. It's insulting and unacceptable. I was able to provide them time-stamped photos of all the damage immediately after install. Because of their negligence, I had to pay out of pocket to have a painter come back and fix the damage they caused. Why should a paying customer be stuck cleaning up after "professional" installers? This wasn't just inconvenient--it was stressful, costly, and a complete waste of my time. If you're going through Lowe's, be warned: this is the level of service you may get from their contracted installers. I expected professionalism and respect for my home and got the exact opposite. I would strongly advise anyone considering Four Seasons Carpet to go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, the damage, and the extra expenses.

We had carpet installed by this company in 3 rooms of our house last year. The problems started on…read morethe day of installation and they continue to this day. The installer damaged several parts of our home on the day of installation. From scratching numerous walls while bringing the carpet in the house, to chipping and breaking several pieces of woodwork. When confronted the owner initially denied responsibility but soon changed his mind and accepted responsibility blaming some personal issues his installer was dealing with for the poor workmanship. He offered to send his son over to repair the damage. When I told him that was not acceptable and that he needed to have a professional repair the damage, he became very rude and reverted to denying responsibility. I chose to do the repairs myself instead of having to deal with this rude, unethical, incompetent company any further. Fastforward a year and the poor workmanship continues to show its face. We have multiple bubbles in the carpet in each room and they are getting worse by the day. So if you are considering using this company in an effort to support a local business as we were, save yourself some money and aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

Whoever they sent or contracted didn't install properly at all. Carpet began buckling within 6 months. This wasn't a high traffic area and no kids and no shoes were in the carpet. Tried contacting several times via phone and email without response. after a year the carpet looks like it is 15 years old. finally chose to replace it all with vinyl and another company. didn't find out until we went to install it that the carpet put on our hardwood stairs were nailed into with about a hundred staples in each of the stair backs, sides and tread part. Ruining the hardwood stairs as they drove huge amounts of staples into the tread parts of all the stairs. We had NO idea they had done this at the time and they removed the original carpet so they saw how it was previously installed so they KNEW better than to damage wood flooring with hundreds of large staples! Never again! Not happy to find this was done and that when we tried to get a response with the carpet they ignored our contacting them. they never came out to see the work when it was done to check up n who they sent if they would have seen the carpet alone wasn't done right!
