I got to experience that fact within minutes when she told me what my tax liability would be. Knowing it was incorrect, I questioned her. Her reply? 'Oh, you're right, I didn't put in the taxes paid, and I entered the wrong income'. Also who casually promises to file the taxes the next day, but instead informs me 9, (NINE) days later, when I called to follow up, 'I'm glad you called, I forgot to file your taxes' I understand we all make mistakes, but literally from the first phone call, answered by a seemingly drug induced male voice who likely questions his own name, to my retrieval of my documents out of fear of further disaster, I say with complete confidence this tax service is the worst representation of professional anything. Simply a business run to pretend they can help you. Kind of an "Easy Bake Oven type of business. FACT! I paid $130 for the filing that never got done, and $100 deposit on subsequent agreement. The office maggot told me I would get my money back. I would be pleased to hear from Ms Mary either to get my money back that I paid FOR NOTHING, or to hear her dispute ANY of my claims here.
