The yard is full of poplar trees that suck the water out to a large degree so the lawn doesn't grow very fast. It is not a plush lawn , and only requires a mow every two weeks! I am 67 years old. My income is limited. I am the customer and pay always on time! All of a sudden they started mowing my yard every week, telling me that I had to go by their rules, and I felt this was a greedy move on their part and very rude to me considering I have been a reliable customer for quite quite some time. First of all , the yard does not need it , and I know my yard ! Secondly, I cannot afford four times a month and I do not have a riding lawnmower of what it requires for the large roots that are exposed in the yard from poplar trees. They did a good job, and I appreciated their office staff, but now I am very disappointed with what they have done to me as an elderly person long-standing with them .
