We were talked down to, insulted, and even after being courteous and coming to an agreed amount, the therapist cashed our check and sent a new amount to collections without telling us. Definitely not military friendly, and we are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately this woman is also employed by the state of MN, so she is getting our tax money as well.
