My kids feet were black upon being in the house for less than 5 min. Claimed we damaged things that we had listed on move in condition form as already damaged. I could go on forever. Withholding my deposit still in ( February) when I moved out in MAY because they are trying to charge me for things we were not responsible for. RUN the other way. They could care less about their tenants.
