We drove 2 hours to buy shoes for the whole family, but when we got there no one would help us. There were 2 employees helping others but the manager and another employee were just sitting there doing nothing. After some time another person walked in and immediately they offered to help him, I don't know if it was fat phobia, or that we didn't look like we could afford their products but once I made it known this is crap they were helping someone who had just walked in and asked for the manager they wanted to help and give some lame excuse about flow(mind you this ship is SO SMALL) so where's the flow????? I was tired of ordering shoes running shoes online to only be disappointed in the fit. I'm constantly getting stress fractures in my feet so I needed a shoe that I could work out in. Ed had me stand on a foot screening tool and also had me walk on a treadmill to asses my feet. He brought me multiple shoes to try on and I was easily able to find a pair of shoes that were supportive and comfortable. The customer service here is superb and I appreciate the fact that the employees here aren't pushy. This place is great! They spend a lot of time with you, watching how you run and helping you find what's comfortable. They have treadmills there so you can try out how your new shoes will feel. I even had an issue with the shoe size I picked and since I was within their return policy I got to switch out to shoes that worked better for me. They really care about their customers being comfortable and preventing injuries! read more

This is a good store, but with this being a smaller running store, it still has great deals on the running paraphernalia. This is a small store serving a huge running community in the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. As a runner with five years experience and counting, they have hosted fun runs, make great sponsors to charities for cause, and as always supported education with scholarships. As of today, they do not support timing anymore. The other major concern about this store is the lack of parking space, main reason behind it due to a busy restaurant next door. If looking for new kicks, new gear, anything in particular running-related, you've come to the right place. Once again, it's a good running store, but parking space is mediocre at best. read more

I absolutely recommend this place! I've been abusing my feet for a good 5 years now, so I went in for the gait analysis. The last time I had it done (years ago) they told me the results and said to "go for something with light support". Obviously, that was super helpful. I've been struggling with my toes going numb while running and all kinds of issues over the years. The staff made it a very simple process and explained what they were seeing and then fitted me with several different choices. I never imagined I'd find brand new running shoes that felt like clouds, but I did with their help! And they made it a quick process. You are going to pay MSRP for your new kicks here. Yeah, they will analyze your stride, arch, ect, but you pay for that when you buy shoes...so if you need that done, go here. It just kinda seems 'clique-ish' and if you aren't in the clique, you are just a regular turd. I am an extraordinary turd, who doesn't need to find out I wear Stability shoes and have a normal arch, so I go elsewhere.
