Come to find out it has quite a few issues that I did not notice the salesmen failed to even tell me. 1. Fog light out 2. Parking light out 3. Wiring issue in left front blinker 4. Grease leak in the back left wheel, which resulted in both back tires having to be fixed for over $420 5. The speedometer is off 6. The tires are multiple sizes too small that are on the truck Naturally many of these issue are easily correctable but man do they add up quickly and some are not so easily correctable. So when I Called back after a week of owning the truck and explained the situation to the guy who sold me the truck, his exact response was "I don't know what you want me to do about that". It is sad to think that they truly do business that way, selling a truck to someone that is HARDLY in full working condition and then don't even attempt to rectify the situation. I recommend to stay away from their dealership whenever buying a vehicle because they are clearly shady and their customer satisfaction is low on their list of concerns.

I would strongly advise against buying a vehicle from this dealership…read more I purchased my car in APRIL, and here we are in JULY, and I still do not have my permanent license plates. When my first temporary tag expired, they sent someone to my home to replace it, which I appreciated. However, my current temporary tag expires on Friday, and they told me they cannot issue another one until it expires and do not have anyone available to deliver a new one until Monday. That leaves me with two days where I either cannot drive my vehicle, have to drive illegally 1 hour away to get the temp tag, or find someone willing to let me borrow a car, all because of a problem that is not MY fault! The issues started immediately after purchasing the vehicle. It had a parental lock enabled on the radio, a speed limiter set to 55 mph, and other programming locks. I had to pay $100 out of my own pocket to have a new key made. Less than 24 hours after taking the vehicle home, the check engine light came on. They did repair the coolant leak quickly. However, the check engine light is still on due to what they say is a catalytic converter issue, which they've told me is "not a big deal" and doesn't need to be repaired. Additionally two of the tires have a slow leak. I also asked the salesperson I purchased the vehicle from to email me a copy of the service contract that came with the car. I never received the email or the documentation.

John told us he would do a compression test and make sure it wasn't something they had done. When he was finished he told me my car was basically junk. $1,000 and they could make it run for a year or so. I said forget it, and parked it and for the most part haven't driven it. My husband went out today put in a new battery and 70 bucks in plugs and wires and it works like a champ. Not only did they lie and try to squeeze money out of us but they also made no attempt to fix what they messed up. I will NEVER go back for another $85 oil change and highly recommend no one else does either.

Don't shop here. Seriously…read more The salesman helped me pick out a car, between the two I was looking at. At first there was no pressure whatsoever, and he was a lovely guy. Then I bought my car, and that same very day, it began making a grinding noise that I had not heard the many times I started the car at the dealership. It was the oil tensioners, so really, I understood for that make and model of the vehicle, that was a common noise. However, when I was driving back there, I had noticed my windows did not work. I told them this, obviously angry, and all the salesman said was "I guess I looked over it in the paperwork" They were not busy that day. I was the only customer. I asked him to fix it and he straightforward said he couldn't. He had driven the car with me, he had went over the two things they repaired, he even stated that the CD player didn't work. These guys are cheap and will fix the car just well enough for the customers to think they're getting a better car than what they're actually purchasing. Don't come here unless you're looking for rude customer service and stolen money for jank cars.
