I've been shopping at the Factory Shoe Outlet for several years now, and have figured out that it's…read moreone of those places you have to just check every now and then. Sometimes I find exactly what I want; other times, I can't find anything suitable. Despite the name of the store, the prices here aren't what you'd think of as "outlet low". They're pretty much similar to local shoe stores. But if you check the local newspaper, you'll probably see coupons for $5 or $10 off, and they sometimes have sales ("buy one get the second pair for half off"). Personally, I go for the Birkenstocks. The store carries a decent range of Birks, though the sizes are often hit-and-miss. The Factory Shoe Outlet's strength is in the selection - it's nice to have such a variety of popular brands and styles all in one location. And the staff is quite helpful. Though I may not always find what I'm looking for, often while I look for one particular item, I'll find another new brand to try. Finally, it's just fun to browse the aisles, so I'll likely continue to check the Factory Shoe Outlet regularly in hopes of finding a great Birkenstock on sale.

I was looking for winter coats but there were workout pants and tshirts closer to the front of the store. In the middle of the store were winter jackets and there wasn't a lot of sizes in each style but I did find a few I liked in the right size. I asked the sales associate if they had some purple jackets and he showed me a few. In the back of the store they have a section for youth. The men's section to the right had winter jackets, shorts, pants, and tshirts. The sizing seemed to be more of the small and x-large. Most items were 40% off but there were some that were 60% off and clearance was 75%. I was happy to get some decent prices and good service.

I would have been totally satisfied with a store credit. They were not willing to budge or accommodate under any circumstances. When ordering online it is very difficult to know the exact size, a store that offers online should definitely offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit. Second time in Cleo first time was a horrible experience I don't even know why I went back the second time, I was hoping it was maybe just a one-off the first time around. I order from Rietmans, Mark's work warehouse, etc all the time and whenever something is not fitting properly I have never been given a hard time to get a refund. I am going to assume that in this economic environment and retail stores struggling that this store just does not need clientele. Let me add on the bottom of the receipt it clearly states. No sale final. So why was I not given a refund?

This seems like a large Nike store more than a factory outlet. The store is pretty large and has a…read moresolid selection. It's nowhere near the size or selection of the Nike outlet store in Las Vegas and nowhere near the deals either but deals can be found. They have all the clothing to look like or act like a jock. There are racks of clearance items which are definitely sales but not the deep discounts that you can find elsewhere. The shoes selection is also large but it has a lot of styles that look like they were kicked out of the Frankenstein collection. If you're looking to find some gems it's definitely possible here but definitely on the discounts that I thought I'd see.

One ladv (named Rita) from the cash told me that there was a lineup with rude behavior and then I went to the line again. Another cashier came and told me that she can help me, so I proceeded to that lady and Rita told me again that I have to be in the line with a verv rude tone of voice. I mentioned that the other lady called me which is why I went to her I, and kept on telling me to line up Inever seen this kind of behavior before ir this outlet mall. It was a verv bad experience and this lady should be coached on better customer service
