This place is one of our few shopping choices in Sidney MT. I went in last week to the store to…read moreget 1/4 inch nut driver and Phillips screwdriver tips for a drill driver. 1. All the employees were standing around the check out area. Not a one of them (5) even acknowledged that I even walked into the store. I walked around for at least throughout the store looking fo the items. 2. I had to go and ask at the counter and ask where the items were. The short guy replied "I don't know what a nut driver is " and my response was "so why are you working here, then. " 3. One of the other female clerks had to tell him and point them out. 4. I had a choice of 1 of each item. A 1/4' nut driver for the drill and only a #2 Phillips head screwdriver tip for the drill driver. 5. I spoke with the owner and it turns out the they have two owners. Hardware section and furniture section stores. I spoke with the furniture manager, since I know him. And told him the story. He said he would take to the hardware manager immediately. 6. A few days later I was with a friend and she went in for keys to be cut. And again, all the employees were just standing and talking to each other. One man finally noticed my friend and actually cut a pair of keys for her. And the worked the first time. So kuddos for him. I gave a 2 stars because of the lousy selection and horrible service. Step up owners and managers and teach your employees CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A quick stop here and now I have a birthday card and I also picked up another pair of jeans. The weather has changed ahead of me and I'm needing more warm pants for the journey. The store is decently laid out and stocked unlike some other Walmarts I have been to lately. Plenty of options to choose from in the greeting cards and they actually had TWO pairs of jeans in the size I need and the color I want. Self-checkout worked fine and I did not need assistance today.
