This place is one of our few shopping choices in Sidney MT. I went in last week to the store to get 1/4 inch nut driver and Phillips screwdriver tips for a drill driver. 1. All the employees were standing around the check out area. Not a one of them (5) even acknowledged that I even walked into the store. I walked around for at least throughout the store looking fo the items. 2. I had to go and ask at the counter and ask where the items were. The short guy replied "I don't know what a nut driver is " and my response was "so why are you working here, then. " 3. One of the other female clerks had to tell him and point them out. 4. I had a choice of 1 of each item. A 1/4' nut driver for the drill and only a #2 Phillips head screwdriver tip for the drill driver. 5. I spoke with the owner and it turns out the they have two owners. Hardware section and furniture section stores. I spoke with the furniture manager, since I know him. And told him the story. He said he would take to the hardware manager immediately. 6. A few days later I was with a friend and she went in for keys to be cut. And again, all the employees were just standing and talking to each other. One man finally noticed my friend and actually cut a pair of keys for her. And the worked the first time. So kuddos for him. I gave a 2 stars because of the lousy selection and horrible service. Step up owners and managers and teach your employees CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Purchased a chair. Product got damaged. Called four times before I finally reached Phil. He point blank stated he refused to help the customer. He started insulting me, was condensing, rude. He was yelling. He encouraged me to write a poor review on social media in alternative to taking case os the customer. read more

Great family store owned for over 100 years. As part of a small town they'll treat you like a great neighbor. Pretty much if they don't have it, you don't need it! read more
