I had an associate named Heidi help me. She was extremely rude. I tried to ask her to explain the policy of what they are looking for, and she said: "we accept all the brands that you bought in. I just can't accept yours...... ??? I brought in a puma coat along with a vans and Brixton men's coat in perfect condition as well as a Bradley Melville jacket...... I asked why she couldn't accept it. She said it wasn't purchased within a year. I showed her the receipt. Within this year, she was still very rude. I won't be coming back here. I can confirm. Catch me at Plato's closet in Layton, way better Customer Service. I'd like to think Heidi's just having a bad day. But sadly, that's no way for an associate at the front desk to treat customers ! I brought my clothes and sold them her several times as well as bought things here never had a bad experience until now . Get rid of herrr she's gonna bring the business down for sure. read more

The prices here are ok. Some things are great deals others are too much. But overall good selection of clothes and shoes. Found a couple cute swimsuits as well. read more

Not good at all!!! I've taken bags full of good quality and some name brand clothes into this store and I get absolutely nothing. and they tell me it's because it's worn out or stains. I wouldn't take anything that I know is torn or stained. I've also seen clothes that they have on their racks with holes,stains, and even clothes that look worn out, and even nasty dirty shoes that I wouldn't even dare buy from their because of how nasty they look. I've been here once and won't go another time. The person who was "helping" me wasn't much help and did not satisfy my needs nor really enticed me to come back again. I wouldn't recommend them also because even their prices for what they have are too inflated. read more

This place needs a new cashier that knows fashion. I brought in A few items in to trade or cash in with.. so the items were a new Victoria's Secret shirt and a Victoria's Secret bag and a pair of rock revivals that where perfectly fine no rips or anything they were freshly washed smelling like fabric softener they were to small for me and some Nike shoes they were cleaned and washed as well . I brought them in and the lady said that the things were out dated I was like are u serious I literally seen the exact shirt that I brought in there got it took it to the front and said I think I will buy this and she said are u ready I said oh wait a min pulled mine out of my bag and said they are the exact same thing except mine is new with a tag .wow I don't think I will buy your outdated one at least mine is new with the tag I will take my business elsewhere. But to be fair I have returned because a friend insisted they have new people working there and I gave it another chance and they really did have the lowest prices on rock revivals which reeled me right back in and I haven't had any problems since I just don't recommend bringing anything in for cash or trade unless the owner is there. But overall the prices are pretty low. So I give it a 6 out of ten for organization and categorized better then Plato's closet is all over the place where things are. read more

Cheap teeny bopper clothing and they give you absolutely nothing on your trade ins. Don't go unless you're under the age of 17.

Was visiting the area and LOVE consignment shopping. I checked out their website and reviews and headed on over after my meeting. Wow...this is not what I expected. Did not find designer items or gently used department store brands. What was there was well-worn and out of style. I walked about for 10-15 minutes searching for a hidden gem...no such luck. Even if I'd found something, I'm not sure I'd have dared try it on because things felt so grubby. read more

They have a great selection of very nice bags and purses I've never seen anything like it.

This is a great alternative to Plato's closet especially if you're not into the constant preteeny vibe
