Vivo makes minimalist style footwear. Honestly, wearing minimalist footwear is a great way to train and build good athletic habits. It takes some getting used to them, but they have literature and will helpfully answer your questions. Shoes range from water sports, running, hiking, casual, and dress. The most basic shoes offer about 3-4mm protection. These are tough shoes, but you will feel the ground you're walking on. This is good. Get in touch with your environment. I wear my Evos for parkour, crossfit, teaching dance, hiking, and exploring cities like Freiburg. Check this store, try some Vivos on, and give them a solid try.
