I have been banking with Us federal for about 5 years now. They treated it as if we lost our own money and after blaming us for losing our they later sent out a email letting us know it was fraud. You would think a bank would let you know that more than $1000 has been withdrawn at once but they didn't. I later closed my account because of this situation just to hear from my grandmother that she close her account also because there were multiple times her money was missing and she felt as if they were playing with her money. This is a horrible place to bank with if you want your money to be missing from time to time then go for it ,but if you like me working long 12 hour shifts everyday just to see your money missing and the people who suppose to be protecting your money act as if they can careless... AND tell you there's a chance you want get it back then please do wat I'm doing a never bank with this place there extremely unprofessional!!!
