The next time I got in a open a package of these capsules and hey they were all melted but I just said whatever and grabbed on and gave the melted open ones to the cashier. Next time I go in a I ask the cashier, new manager, whomever TF he is... told me no and he f I open another one in the store I have to purchase it and that it was my fault they were melted. Lol I said ok. Grabbed the cheapest thing, and left. I will never go back in because that is how they treat loyal customers that have spent thousands in there! And it is not worth the negativity ever going back in. I'd rather drive spend more money somewhere else with a more respectful employee. The shell gas station in Washington courthouse next to the Kroger, the guy will order whatever you want including those capsules I got from here and guarantee a way cheaper price! This will be the…read morefourth estimate I have received for the same camper shell, that I am writing the review about. The reason there has been four estimates, is because I have placed an order and each time the delivery date gets bumped back or there's some issue. I have contacted the company that makes A.R.E. and they are aware of what's going on here. Mick told me they are closing the business in March. He literally told me they can't get any help, so I'm assuming they raise the prices for themselves. Mick actually told me he's had "enough of this place," such a poor attitude. I'm sure that's why the parking lot is empty because of the price gouging not just a few bucks, but over $500. I've received four estimates and each time he gets nervous trying to get an estimate and states that the Internet is not working and he will go to the back room stating he's using the computer there. There you hear him punching numbers on a calculator which is not linked to the Internet. He comes back with a ridiculous price stating that it will be months until it comes in. This guy is a total loser and if The owner Mr. Mike Bigelow puts up with it, he is even a bigger loser. I'm sure the place is going out of business for a reason, so be alert that your warranties will do you no good if you make any purchases, because no one will be there and they will be out of business per Mick at the front desk. Installation price was raised from $100-$225 just to set a camper shell on the bed of a truck. The price of the shell increased over $500 on this fourth visit. When asked to speak with Mr. Mike Bigelow, he stated he was in the back installing. I asked Mick to have him give me a call. As I was leaving he stated that Mike was at the other store. He can't even keep his story straight. I drove up the street and a young guy came out with a smirk on his face telling me that I just missed Mike that he went back down to Biggie Truck Caps's place. Not only is one business playing games, but they have an employee at another business selling attachments, playing games along with them. These guys generally know how to work their customers. Mick told me that I'm the only person that's ever questioned the prices or the increases, that everyone else just pays it. I told him that's what the problem is. That's why businesses like this keep raising the prices, that are not justified. I have four separate estimates and each time I got one the price was increased hundreds of dollars. First given the excuse that there was a resin shortage and so on. I would not purchase anything from this business, the parking lot is always empty for a reason, just look at the photo and it's because of the gouging that is going on. There will be another review following this one based upon Mr. Bigelow either returning my call or choosing not to, after I provided my phone number and watched Mick write it down. I'm not that guy that's going to go in and be played with, without putting it out there.
