Poor customer service, employees need to be educated and trained with inservices on appropriate terms and conditions in warranty coverage. And they need to do away with the automated phone service and have someone answer the phone. Even if they do answer the phone, you are transferred multiple times and still are left with unanswered questions because they are clueless on how to help customers due to lack of knowledge. read more

Terrible service. Tried to buy a fridge. First day they said my driveway was too muddy the next day it was delivered with dents. They took it back and two days later I called to see what was going on with the order and they didn't know in the store. So I said just give me my money back. They didn't apologize once. read more

This USED to be a very nice store with GOOD help. Too bad that the knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism is no longer present in this staff. Cluttered aisles, no staff to help as they are busy on their phones, etc. Very disappointed. Kibler gets our busibess. read more

Great store ! Staff is friendly and the Wifi works great. I think the place is well laid out

It is a shame when you walk into the store and there are five employee standing around two with their phones in their hands. I asked for assistance and not one employee walked with me they simply pointed in the direction of the product I was looking for. Then to find out my product is behind the key counter so I couldn't have found it if I had searched. The kind gentleman that did find the product for me when I commented about the previous employees help he reply's that he him self has been on break since he got there.... it hasn't been busy.... yes it was busy. They had to open more registers to help myself and some others. And this is exactly why we haven't been shopping there. We will drive 16 miles the opposite direction to go to Home Depot. Better service, employee knowledge of product and location, price and quality materials. We are paying off our contractors account and will never use that card again. Why in God's name do I keep going to this place I will never know. Oh Yeah because it is the only place local without driving 30-40 miles that is why. Well today I went there to get the "no dig fence". For those that do not know what that is it is awesome. You measure it out put the stake in the ground with a hammer and a piece of wood. Wood on top so you do not bend the metal going in the ground, put the fence on the stake and then push the rod through it. Extremely simple, fairly expensive but looks really nice and takes no time to do. So I go in the garden center side and ask where the fence is located. Got some kid that looks exactly like one of the people off of Duck Dynasty and he said it is up in the lumber section. Told me to drive up there and go in the door that says you have to go back to main door but can be gone through and ask at the counter on the right that they would help me. I said thank you and thought oh gee looks are deceiving he looked dumber than a rock but was nice. Just not the best hygiene. So got up to the far end of the store walked in and asked for the location of the fence. A girl at counter said I do not know what it is and the old man next to her with white hair burr type asked me what i was going to do with it and he had never heard of it. I explained it is on their website to look it up and he will know what I am talking about. He huffed but did look it up. Said "why you down here looking for it, it is in the garden center". I told him that I was sent up here by the garden center and they told me this is where it is located. So the old white haired burr haircut then told me "well it isn't" Went grabbed a cart and said come on lets go get it how much do you need. I told him 7 panels and 8 rods. So back to garden center we went. On the way he complained that this is not his job to straighten out someone else s misinformation and that he will tell the guy when we see him. Well we never saw him. Got the fence and went back to the other end of store to check out. As I was leaving the store the panels fell out of the cart all over the ground. The white haired man was standing at the door watching as I left, chuckled and went back into the store. What I think of his attitude is equivalent to taking an old sears catalog and using it for a old time purpose. This store needs a major shake down on customer service. read more
